Introducing Full Moon Maximum Mojo!

November 13th, 2008 by Spider-Jesus

It’s a Full Moon tonight Minions!

Spider-Jesus Minions know that you don’t need an excuse to party, but they also know that if there is one, they are going to take full advantage of it.

Well, normally at least - A Handful of Minions gathered for a Mojo meeting last night, and it’s fair to say a good time was had by all though it did mean that the Hump Day Haiku went AWOL, but good news, steps are been taken to get a regular supply in place so you need never have another dull Wednesday with out a little bite of tasty word play to help maintain your Mojo though to the weekend.

Since it’s a Full Moon tonight, have you remebered your Spider-Jesus teachings and put your Lucky Penny out in the Moonlight to charge it’s luck up? Get to it!

Not got a Lucky Penny? Well, this is how you make one:

First of all, Lucky Pennies are always very old. But also very shiny. The really sneaky, and thus shinyest pennies hide under durt however, making them hard to spot.

Next, show your penny some Love. A nice clean, a bit of smooth talking, make sure your Lucky Penny knows it’s important.

Then, put it out to charge up under the moon light. Moon Rays are full of luck, so your now happy Lucky Penny is ready to soak them up so it’s brimming with protential Awesomeness.

All that’s left to do is keep it some where safe - Not with other coins of course, any fool knows that luck leaks to other, non-primed coins and loses thee Mojo, so have a think where to keep it and you’re set, one Lucky Penny for any occasion, give it a wirl next time you find yourself holding a scratch card.

Monday Mojo Maintenance Message 10th November 2008

November 11th, 2008 by Spider-Jesus

Hello Little Ones,

Another Monday is here and after the  bright lights of Hallowe’en and Bonfire Night November falls into a bit of a slump, but fear not commercialism is at hand and have taken the prerogative to tell us Christmas is coming! Weather we like it or not. Clearly in America they have the right idea of throwing another all you can eat festival in the middle to keep people busy, but in Europe people make their own entertainment. Of course there are Spider-Jesus Minions the world over, some of them in uncivilised parts of the world where they don’t have the decency to get cold in Winter.

But for the rest of you still in the cold, without Thanksgiving to keep your mind off things surely you don’t need an excuse to go turn the heating up a notch, gather some friends and over eat together to spread the Mojo in your own way, events like Thanksgiving and Christmas might be needed to prompt the rest of the world to be social, but you know better then that, there is no better reason to get a group of people to come together beyond the very simple reason that they can.

While you take a moment to think about that dig out your diary to pick out a day in the near future you can summon up some Mojo out of pure randomness.

On to other matters, and as this site takes form Spider-Jesus needs you! Each Wednesday is for Hump Day Haikus and submissions are welcome - All you need to do is leave a comment here or on Twitter to let me know you’re interested, and I’l have one of my Minion’s talk you through the process of submitting it formally.

Enjoy Your Mojo Minions

Thought For Thursday 6th November 2008

November 6th, 2008 by Spider-Jesus

Welcome back little ones,

If you’ve been waiting for my newest words appologies. I’ve be distracted by Hallowe’en, The new Bond movie Quantum of Solace, The American Election, and Bonfire night at Spooky World so a busy time of year for those who live to Carpe Noctum. But enough of excuses, there is Mojo to be spread.

Recently one of my Minions pointed out there is a group on Facebook claiming to have seen the real Spider-Jesus, and since I like nothing more then having my Ego stroked (Well, maybe not just my Ego… but I digress) I of course went and had a look.

The group in question is easy to find, but alas, that’s no Spider-Jesus.

Yamez (Possibly an Ancient Greek Camel Trader and Philosopher) once stated “Spider-Jesus is the Head of Jesus, on the Body of a Spider”  the picture clearly shows a full bodied Jesus, riding upon a four legged platform. Which is one too many bodies, and four too few legs. That said, a good first effort and a step in the right direction.

Any further sightings of Spider-Jesus you can post on flickr tagged with spider-jesus, or drop a comment here on the site for investigation.
Enjoy your Mojo Minions!
